Answer: No. None.
Question: Will my email address ever be sold?
Answer: No. Never.
Question: Will I ever receive advertisements?
Answer: You will never receive unsolicated email of any kind. If you are interested in receiving additional information from our sponsor, you can request it during your initial sign up.
Question: Where do the eSchoolNewsletters come from?
Answer: A large majority of all the eSchoolNewsletters you will receive originate from your school's principal. Additionally, you will receive special announcements directly from the county Board of Education. And lastly, you may receive information from your local PTA.
Question: How many eSchoolNewsletters will I receive in a week?
Answer: That all depends on your principal, as they control the flow of information to you. But on an average, you will receive 1-2 eSchoolNewsletters per week.
Question: Why am I NOT receiving any eSchoolnewsletters from my school?
Answer: There are three reasons why you may not be receiving any eSchoolnewsletters. First, perhaps your email address is incorrect. You can login and edit your profile at any time. Secondly, You may have an Internet provider that has blocked us from going to you. Because we send out so many emails at a time, sometimes we are seen as unsolicated email. Contact your provider. And thirdly, sometimes your school simply has not sent anything out to you. Every school is different.
Question: My email address has changed, how can I update my profile?>
Answer: To change any of your profile information, please click Edit Your Profile.
Question: I am no longer in the school system and want to delete my profile..... how do I do this ?
Answer: To delete your profile information, please click Parent - Remove Me, PTA/PTSA - Remove Me or Administration - Remove Me.
Question: How many schools can I sign up for?
Answer: You can sign up for 4 schools under one email address.
Question: Can I have the eSchoolNewsletters sent to my work?
Answer: Yes. You can include up to 3 email addresses under your account.
Question: Can I cancel at any time?
Answer: Yes.
Question: Can other people, besides the principal, send emails through this system?
Answer: Yes, PTA, Asst Principals, Team Leaders and Instructional Leaders can use the system (as a sender), however, all emails will flow through the principal for approval prior to delivery.
To become a sender, you must request approval by your principal during the Signup process. If you have already signed up, Remove your current account and signup again as either PTA, Teacher, Vice Principal or Administrative Support.
