COLLECTION AND USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We collect Your Information at various pages when you signup at the Site. We use the data that we collect to accurately deliver relevant information from your school to your email address that you have provided. Please note that ESCHOOL SYSTEMS DOES NOT KNOWINGLY COLLECT OR MAINTAIN INFORMATION ON THE SITE FROM THOSE UNDER 13, AND NO PART OF THE SITE IS INTENDED FOR USE BY THOSE UNDER 13.

Cell Phone Text Messages

Please note, that you may be required to upgrade your wireless mobile phone to receive mobile text messages. Some carriers charge their customers to receive each text message. eSchool Systems does not assume any responsibility for costs charged to you by your carrier.

The eSchoolnewsletter Service is being offered as a free public service. This service is dependent upon external services, such as your e-mail service provider or your wireless carrier and eSchool Systems can make no guarantees that notifications will be received by the intended recipient in a timely manner.

Users can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe form. eSchool systems will not be held responsible for incorrect mobile phone numbers entered through this website.

Information is held in strict confidence. No mobile phone numbers will be released to any agency (subject to State and Federal law) or used for any other purpose than official school use.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

1. Confidentiality
eSchool Systems does not share Your Information with others. County officials, principals, teachers and PTA officials can not see Your Information.

2. Third Party Sponsorships
The Sponsorships that appear on the Site and in the eSchoolnewsletters are generally delivered through internal software operated by eSchool Systems. Each Sponsorship has been approved by the County prior to it’s inclusion in all eSchoolnewsletters. eSchool Systems has no control over the content or privacy policies of such sites, and therefore we encourage you to review such content and policies prior to submitting any personal information to them. We do share certain aggregate information, such as demographic information and the number of times that our members have viewed an advertisement, with our third party Sponsorships. This information is not linked with any personally identifiable information, and we do not provide any such information to third party Sponsorships.

eSchool Systems may use aggregated, statistical information to describe our membership and to establish Sponsorships and other business relationships with third parties. eSchool Systems will not serve you with targeted advertisements, unless specifically requested by you. However, if you click or view an ad on our site or in an eSchoolnewsletter, then you will be subject to the advertiser's privacy policy and information collection practices (if any).

3. Third Party Ad Servers
Most of the online banner advertisements you see on the eSchool Systems Site and in the eSchoolnewsletters are delivered by eSchool Systems. eSchool Systems does not allow other companies, called third party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on the eSchool Systems Site. Some of these ad networks may place a persistent cookie on your computer.

4. Business Transitions
In the event that eSchool Systems goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition, liquidation or sale of all or a portion of its assets, our members personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Members will be notified of any such business transition via email and/or prominent notice on the Site.

5. Legal Disclosure
We may disclose Your Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to applicable law, comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on eSchool Systems or the Site, protect and defend the rights or property of eSchool Systems, or investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person.
